I questioned whether the included ball had too much mass to hit with the bat, but the instructions clearly state that the included ball is the best for the bat. The bat leaked its pressurized air out of the bat on the first day. I would not recommend this product. If you do get this bat, do not use the included ball. I think it would hold up fine with a foam ball.
